Hey guys, I have YouTube on my phone via the TCPMP and the Video Sites install, and on a wifi connection it never buffers and plays smoothly. Once I use 3G, it buffers every 10 seconds or so. I have played around with the buffer settings and it's the same.

My friend has Sprint with EVDO and his connection is stable and works fine with YouTube, never rebuffers...isn't 3G supposed to be the same as EVDO or even better??? I have full bars when I do this.

mine doesn't do that very often. try reducing your buffering rate to like 800 in tcmp

I tried that at 800, same thing?

How much are we supposed to get in terms of kb? 384KB/sec?

run a speed test in IE at www.dslreports.com/mspeed

see what you get, post results here, make sure you have good signal.

mine never re-buffers with VTAP....
