Has anyone done a K850i take apart?

I don't have an k850i yet, been waiting for prices to go down but, they seem like they have settled for now, so I'm gonna order one soon.

Anyways I wondering if anyone has found pictures of the k850 with the housing taken apart. In particular I am interested in knowing how the blue/green middle trim piece is secured to the phone. I plan on swaping colors, and am trying to figure out if it is possbile or not.

So if anyone knows about the middle blue/green trim or has pics please chime in

with th problems mine (and others) is having with the firmware I may be taking it
apart with a hammer !!!!!

Seriously though - haven't seen anything on disassembly yet.

that's unfortunate. I hope they have a firmware release soon so I can fix mine.

and swap out the housing as well.

Hmm.. Where did I see that picture of a black K850(like the green one) with blue trimmings on the side..? Looked pretty shmexy!

Once I do get a K850 in hands, I'll fiddle with it and take it apart, take some pictures and post up a guide.

sweet - cheers hybrid.
May have to do the blue trim onto a black one after ll - Orange are now
saying my silver/blue is NOT what they carry so any replacement will
be black/green !

Strange as all the on phone branding and the box it came in say Orange :-)
