Hi,

My parents just got 2 new 6555s.

They are getting really annoyed when they accidentally press the PTT button.

Any way to disable or reassign it?

I, too hate the PTT button, as it actually makes the phone LESS convenient to use. I've asked a couple of reps and they've all said that either "it can't be done" or "they don't know how to do it".

Most things about this phone are OK. Except for this item. I'll be happy if someone finds a way to disable this "feature" and posts a solution. Thanks.
