Any rebate deals on Tilt with just data plan?

I'm going to stick with a Verizon phone and use the Tilt for PDA only. But ATT wants $299 after $100 rebate.

That $100 rebate is for having voice and data, so you're really looking at $399. Try another retailer like amazon or wirefly, although I doubt you'll find anything.
