Not sure if it was bs or not but she seemed very aware of the problem and said my phone had been repaired after checking the imei # and also noted in my account if i did have any problems to call back in and they would overnight a new phone no charge. Gonna go with the hope that they are trying to do the right thing and i will give this one a spin and hopefully no problems :-)
