Just got Tilt... what's the consensus on best ROM?

I want to remove all of the AT&T crap and have a nice, streamlined, fast phone (well as fast as it can be anyways!) Can someone tell me what the ROM of choice is these days?
Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

go over to xda-developers.org and go to the Kaiser forums and find one that suites what you like/need depending on storage/apps included
