Cant see BB8300 in windows

ok so i have an 8300 curve and i used to be able to connect my 8300 to my computer and browse the different folders, pics, songs things like that. well today when i connect it up, it says removable drive f: insert drive and try again? what did i do? what can i do? i have some pics on the memory card and want them transfered to my desktop. i know about the card reader, but i dont want to have to go buy one right now.

my 8830 asks if i want it in mass storage mode, other than that I'm not sure of what can help you out.

Options > Media Card. Toggle Mass Storage to ON.

thank you, thats seems to have fixed it. dont know how it got changed though
