Editing Registry to View/Input Chinese WM6

I have a Sprint Branded HTC Touch, and was wondering if anyone has a link or can explain to me about editing the registry so that i can view and input traditional chinese. I've read about this method used in WM5 and pocket pcs, but it doesn't help. i've also read about CE-star and monster, and really don't want to try those applications. I want one embedded into the phone. so if anyone has read anything about this, or can help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
