Trouble with S720 computer software

That link brings me to something that doesn't help at all. I have it installed etc, yet that window keeps poping up.
Also, so I don't have to make a new thread, how do I get new themes and other new applications? Is it with this software?

Still can't seem to get it to work. Won't connect to my PC for some reason. It connects to a Vista PC, but I don't have a Vista PC. ):
