S500i backlight duration?

Hey guys,

I'm wondering if there is anyway to change the duration of the backlighting? Right now it's too short, I constantly need to press a key in order to keep the backlight. :/ I've checked some of the files using XS++ and couldn't find any hidden settings for it.

Any ideas? Thanks!

That has never been an option on ANY Sony Ericsson I have ever owned. All of my Moto's have the option in the settings menu though.

Yeah that sucks. :| Hence why I wanted to know if there's any hidden files that could alter this behavior.

same issue with the w580i
in order to get longer backlight time you need to reduce brightness, which sucks
hope SE will put out a fix for this somehow
