SK3 Internet Plan

I currently have a SK3, and got a good deal on another phone. If I simply take out the SIM of the SK3 and put it in the new phone, would the EDGE work? Or, does the SK3 have some kind of "Sidekick Internet" plan only, where it has different settings? I actually tried it already but it didn't work on the new phone. Perhaps I need a regular internet plan, not the sidekick one? Can that be it?

nope its a sidekick specific internet plan sorry it sux but it wont work.
