They swapped it out for me without any problems and my new tilt has not been shutting itself down so far.

I wish I had a miracle cure but I don't. I have the same programs (only a few anyway) on my new phone that I had on my first one since I had put everything on my micro card. I also set up the new phone the same as the first. I have not bothered to remove the bloatware though. Unfortunately I can't think of anything that I have done differently with the new phone that would have solved the problem.
