Im experiencing a very weird problem... HELP please.

okay.
i have a tmobile dash that i purchased a while back.
but recently i got a weird problem.
everytime i make or receive a call it automatically goes to the speakerphone and i dont know how to take it off.
then it says its off but its on.
so can anyone help me.
if nothing else works im just going to restore the phoe to factory settings.
but does anyone knoe how i can backup my messages?

How long are you holding the green call button in? It puts you on speakerphone if you hold it in for too long. Your phone might need to be replaced; maybe that button's fried. Have you tried powering it down and leaving the battery out a few minutes? Restoring your Dash to factory settings may be your best bet, then a replacement unit.
