. . . There are issues already with the ATT CLARIFY system performing which is used to activate UVERSE. It is noted in the FAQs that the average activation time is 5-7 days but can take up to 20 DAYS!!!!!!
So we will not see any of our pay until ATT systems are able to activate the product. There are many factors involved as it is just TO GET something activated and ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR HANDS!
It ESPECIALLY affects COR reps

In Jan there will be another comp plan out and in March they are going to hybridize the position, as in, merge HSC's into Rsc's. As far as the question about the union doing something...what union? The only thing they have done is negotiated cheap healthcare if you ask me. My union rep hasn't been in my store for 2 years. |
