i recently found a HTC headset that has a FM reicever built in, and i was wondering if there was a program that allows you to utilize this function?

The FM receiver isn't built-into the remote. It's in the device. What they mean is that this remote acts as an antenna. Reviews about it haven't been really good either -- controls are limited to either the HTC audio player or WMP.

antenna as in for the phone for for radio???

i dont mind the controls for both those programs becase those are the ones i use most

Yeah, antenna just like how any other headset can act as one for FM radio if the phone supports it (has it built-in).

i see but i believe that non HTC phones have any FM radio built in, so is that antenna a phone antenna and gives you a better reception when making phone calls?

No, it only works for radio.

i see thanks a lot more your help, but if non of HTC phones have radio then why would you make a wired headset with a radio receiver?
