Anyboys KRZR K1M Flip getting "weak"?

or is this something that I originally overlooked when the phone was new? It seems like the flip on my phone is getting worn out or something. Like if I hold the phone straight up and down then push the top of the flip about half closed it will stay in that position instead of springing back up to the open position. Is this just how the phone is or is mine getting messed up? My puppy was using my phone as a chew toy a few days ago so its got me a bit worried

Not exactly the same problem but it does feel a lil loose now, but maybe its normal wear and tear. But Ive dropped mine already like 5 times so that prolly dont help any. I dont know if it can be tightened tho..should be able to.

My KRZR is about a week old. When I open my phone, holding it sideways, Bottom pointing down (6 on a clock) as I start to open the upper part of the phone, it usually points to about 10:30, then it springs to the 11:00 o'clock position where it stops. So it sounds like your phone is OK.
Now if I could only figure out how to put my own ring tones on the phone!
