HELP! deleted iPhone Settings app and icon!

I was trying to customize the MyLauncher.app (which is a customizable app launcher; I was going to put the icons for settings in it), and called it "Preferences.app". That was stupid, I know now. As soon as I did that, the iPhone Settings icon disappeared, so I renamed that one back to "MyLauncher.app" and then uninstalled it, but the iPhone Settings icon didn't come back. What do I do!?!?!? I don't want to do a restore thru iTunes since my phone is unlocked, and I don't want 1.1.2 on there!
Please help, I'm panicking here. 
is it possible for someone to send me the "Preferences.app" from a 1.1.1 phone and my be able to put it on my iPhone somehow? 
If I *have* to do a restore, please tell me what I need to do so that my iPhone will still be 1.1.1 and be unlocked!
