Does anybody know if XBM has the tilt in stock yet? I've hit a bad string of replacements on my 8525 and I think I'm at the point to where they will offer me a different model and I would much prefer a tilt over the treo 750. Any help would be appreciated.

yes they do after my 3rd 8525 they sent me a brand new tilt, and then a week later today, i got another one because my tilt usb went out

Question: I'm planning on ordering an 8525 refurb tonight. Based on what's stated above, does that mean that if something goes wrong with it, i can get a Tilt as a replacement if I go through XBM?

Also, what exactly is the difference between warranty exchange and XBM?

warranty exchange = XBM (Xchange By Mail) After 3 faulty units they can swap you to another phone.
