Today I bought my new I Phone 1.1.2 and I already have AT&T service but when I tried to transfer my number through I-Tune , a massage appear that this number can not be use in I-phone and says upgrade your service plane .
Then I put my old AT&T sim in my I phone its says invalid sim I don’t know what to do is there any way i will carry on my current plane in I phone
If I have to unlock my I phone, can any one tell me how can I do it. I really appreciate for help.

MacGeek,

Dude, have a bit of empathy for the guy - Look at his stats - He probably doesn't even know how to use the search. He doesn't even want to be on this forum. Put yourself in his shoes for a sec. This guy bought a $400 phone, brought it home and it DOESN'T WORK!!! OMG!!! What's he going to do? Here's what...Do a Google search on the net for "iPhone unlock help", and this place probably came up.

Personally, if I just spent $400, I just want to see this POS that I just bought operating. Nothing else really matters. So, joing 5 forums, and post the same question on them and hope for a hit. He just wants to DRIVE the car; doesn't want to be the mechanic...

One reason why I stoped answering peoples questions. So I agree with Mac. All the info should be on a sick or the WiKi.
