Strange Problem with my Wing

Part of the keyboard doesn't work, Like shift and caps lock work, and maybe another 55% of the keyboard but a lot of keys on the left side and some ones in the middle and to the right don't seem to work, the backlight for the keypad comes on though, anybody have an idea?

Take it into T-Mobile and see about getting a new one. My keyboard works just fine.

If part of it isn't working right, they should replace it.

Flexpay wouldn't have mattered had you bought it directly from T-Mo.
Not the original owner? Call HTC tech support, they'll take down your credit card number, give you a RMA, you'll send it the phone to them. They'll decide if they fix it under warranty for free, of not under warranty, for a fee, and should you decided you just want it back, because their repair fee is too steep, they'll charge $28 to your credit card.

Me, I've got a Wing without a working touchscreen. Keyboard and all buttons still work though, so I don't feel like going through all this sheet. Last time I tried to send something in for warranty repair, RCA freaking "lost" that mp3 player. So far the best company to deal with in that regard was Dell. (none of my Apple stuff has yet broken, and I probably just jinxed that)
