S621 - Reprogramming the IE Key in Rogers WM6 Rom

Does anybody know how to re-program the IE key on an S621 with the Rogers WM6 ROM to be able to use another program such as Opera Mini? I know there was a way of going it on the Dash, but I can't find the equivalent file on this ROM.
