unlock iphone with imei 0113 ?

my iphone was shipped from state and trying to use in canada
I upgraded my firmware from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 and back to 1.0.2 without unlocking my phone at the beginning
now i got my internet working on my iphone but i still can't use my application & phone
what should i do now?

Do you know if it was previously unlocked on 1.0.2 though?
Who did you purchase this from as they don't even ship iPhones to Canadian residents

nope.. previously 1.0.2 is not unlock, is fresh from the box
i got my friend ordered it online from state and hand carried it to canada

Let's try the obvious, have you tried unlocking the iPhone????

nope .. because i searched online and i coudln't find any solution with imei starting with 0113
all the solution that i seen so far the imei start with 0049...
please help

Well of course the phone feature will not work if you don't unlock it!!!

do i virginize the phone first then unlock then upgrade again

or i can just unlock the phone now?
does the order matters?

I would re-virginize first since you did upgrade to 1.1.1 and downgrade back to 1.0.2 (doing so leaves 1.1.1 baseband as baseband is now downgraded during the firmware downgrading process)

What you can do is re-virginize, then update to 1.1.1 and then jailbreak using jailbreakme.com and then unlock. All instructions are in the link I gave you.
