Unique Problem (Unlock,Activate,Jailbreak 1.1.1)

I have a phone that was unlocked, jailbroken and activated in 1.0.2, and successfully virginized, unlocked, jailbroken and activated in 1.1.1. Last night somehow I fouled the phone up and it would not go from the "Apple" screen. I could not reboot it or shut it down.
I restored from 1.1.1 but now need some help in jailbreaking, activating and unlocking the phone. I assume (perhaps I am wrong) that I will not have to "revirginize" the phone as I did that some weeks ago. Before, I begin, I was hoping for some help as to what the steps would be to get this phone back in "working" order.
