Debranding, ARM and PlayNow ??

sony w580i, AT&T. debranding from wotanserver.com. what is ARM and Play now? does at&t or this phone have these options? what should i do with them when flashing it? also what version should i use? Generic America 1 ? also, To put the MMS back into phone, if i go to SonyEricsson website it gives option of choosing phone model for this but it then shows it not available, anyone else know whats going on with that?
