I-Mate Ultimate 8150 Available!?!

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Overseas Electronics indicates that as of today they have 10 Ultimate 8150's in stock, ready to ship. I have not read great things about this company, and that they sometimes ship phones intended for other countries. The odd thing is that I got an email from Club I-mate yesterday stating the European release is now December and the US release has been pushed back to January.

-Does anyone have any experience with Overseas Electronics?
-Does a phone intended for release in another country have problems in the US (assuming the language can be changed).
-Has anyone gotten or reviewed an 8150 (or 6150) yet?

I was informed by I-Mate that they are fixing a battery issue in firmware and the products have been delayed.

I recently previewed the 8150 (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,2230843,00.asp) and the 6150 (http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1759,2230764,00.asp) on PCMag.com.

So you're buying a product that the MANUFACTURER says is buggy and not yet ready for retail sale. Yeah, that sounds like genius.
