G'day all! I am a complete noob to the cell phone game. My last cell phone was from 4 years ago, so I am completely new to this.

I was wondering if there was a way to create your own themes for the Nokia n95 8gb? I did some searching (probably not enough) and I found the plug-in from Nokia that would do it, but I do not own Microsoft Visual. Is there another way?
