Every time I sync my calendar, the time of my appointment changes. So if my appointment is entered at 2PM on the Iphone, after the sync it will show up on my outlook as 3 pm. I am using Office 2007.

Thanks

No one can help me?

I had the same problem. I turned off "time zone support" under date/time in the general settings menu and that solved the problem. I'm not sure why, since the alternate time zone was the same as my home time zone, but it worked.

This is a good workaround.

I bet the DST issue is still prevalent in either Windows or Office (even in 2007). I knew at least one person in another forum talking about 'future' times displayed on Calendar events on a WM phone. After he updated XP and Office with Microsoft Update, those issues disappeared. Food for thought...
