can't connect on wifi with s620

Hi to all,I hope you are able to help me(sorry for my english,I'm Italian).
I am not able to connect on internet with the device.
On connection is selected "internet".Autenticaion is "open" and cryptology is off (no key is required)
I am able to connect to router (in homw it appears wifi:"name of network") and in connection status "connected" and than ip addres
If I open i.e. it can't load any page.
please help me,I don't know what to do.....
