unable to watch video on BB8830 world phone

I downloaded MP3's from my computer to my 8830 BB and it works great, however, I did the same for videos but it does not work. All the files are there, however, it is not playing.
I called customer serevice but no help there.... any suggestions?

They have to be in the right format. Take a look at pg 18 of Stinsonddog's tip guide.

Download the latest Desktop Manager, and use Roxio to convert videos.

Once OS4.3 is available, you will be able to stream music and video.

Thanks everyone. I just downloaded roxio and I am happy to say it is now working.
