ok im very new to this(just started yesterday)but how come when i transfer a photograph to my i95 for the wallpaper it doesnt maintain the same photograph quality on my phone? is the phone incapable of high quality pictures? or is it just me?

The phone uses a 256 color indexed pallet. Ontop of that most of the time images look grainey or "digitized"
