Not related as the sticky refers to iPhones which were activated via iTunes

The file was updated, I just grabbed it from the site today (in case I wanted to use my 'other' AT&T SIM with my 1.1.2 firmware phone).
It is the same software that Erica from TUAW referred in her post '1.1.2 Jailbreak Software Released,' but it's updated to include activation, YouTube fixes, Mac PPC support, etc.

It's 'kinda' true, the sticky is 'different.'
Even though the wiki doesn't [specifically] tell you to pick up Conceited's Jailbreak tool, it gives you a 'rapid-share-like' link of their file. The process (the wiki says) is the exact same for this 'updated jailbreak software': (Downgrade from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1 if neccessary) Jailbreak and Oktoprep your 1.1.1 phone, update to 1.1.2, then use the Jailbreak tool CS made.

Now if AnySim will work on 1.1.2... only time will tell.

Haas_Dave,
anySIM 1.2u does work to unlock the 1.1.2 baseband. You just need to downgrade to 1.0.2 after upgrading to 1.1.2 to use it. But it does work, I have an unlocked 1.1.2 iPhone running with my T-mobile sim card right now. 1.1.2 is super fast btw.
