iTunes Library (damaged) no ringtones now

Last night I started iTunes and it started some import frommy xml file and then said iTunes Library damaged and renamed it to itunes library (damaged).itl.
Now many things are missing like ratings and playlists. I can recreate these even though I'm not happy about it but my ringtones that I purchased are gone.
I go back to the song and click on the Ringtone and it just wants to make a new one. How do I get the ringtones I made and purchased back?
Is there anything else I might be missing that I don't know of?
