Apple iPhone to be sold NETWORK UNLOCKED in France from Nov 29th
So, no need to fight it, just buy one from the hundreds of iPhone resellers who will be shipping iPhones purchased within France...
Living just over the border from France myself - I'm seriously considering getting straight into that market

And SEARCH before you post. Not only has this been covered hundreds of times, you don't even know what you're talking about.
