Would you exchange your iPhone if the bezel was scratched?

The bottom of the chrome bezel is really scratched after using my Agent 18 case for a while and having dust collect underneath there. I like just about everything else about the iPhone I have, it's a good 5 series screen. But it has a few dead pixels too, one that's really noticable near the iTunes button. What should I say to try to get it replaced if I do? Because I know the scratched chrome bezel isn't Apple's problem, its mine for using the Agent 18 case.

(i don't want another screen with negative black either though, I had a few of those and that wasn't pleasant).

I didn't exchange mine. Like you said, it's not Apple's fault, unless you consider an easily scratched bezel their fault. I almost do. If you have a case on it, you can't see the scratches.

A case is supposed to protect it not scratch it pisses me off i bought a crystal case for my macbook from apple teh day i had my macbook replaced and put it on infront of them i got to take it off a month latter to add moore ram and it's totaly scratched along the side so i saw it as aapples fault since they sell the product in the store i brought it in and they exchanged it for me again.

Now with your issue i would def bring it in for the dead pixel issue and if you bought the case at apple let them know of taht issue also gl
