Tilt/Apple syncing questions

Sorry to barge right in with a question, but I couldn't find an answer with the Search function, and Google is confounding me at the moment. A guy I know bought an HTC Tilt, and has a Mac as his home computer. He wants to sync, but the included software won't run on his computer. Can anybody recommend any third-party software to sync his phone and computer? Thanks in advance.
