I got one last Thursday. Unlocked it using the intructions at http://iphone.unlock.no/ in about 15 minutes. Every thing has been going well. But Ive come to find out that when Im talking to someone on the phone that I cant really hear them that well. Someone told me that it could be because of the screen protector which is still there could be blocking the sound. I just want to know if there is a setting which will make this louder or even if there is an application. The volum is pretty low so sometimes I have to resort to turning on the speaker and puttin it to my ear when im talking.
2nd question is concerning putting songs there. Everytime I try and drag songs from my itunes library to my iPhone there is always a circle with a diagonal line through it meaning that I cant drag them into my iPhone.
3rd: How do I make a picture my background. I tried to drag a picture on my computer to my iPhone when it was connected but again a circle with a diagonal line through it came.
Thanks for the help guys

1) You can use the rocker buttons on the side to raise or lower the call volume while in the call.
The following two answers assume you know how to sync in iTunes. Click the iPhone in the Sources list and look over the tabs:
2) You have to sync playlists, the iPhone doesn't do drag and drop even in iTunes. Create playlists with music or videos that you want to sync to iPhone and select the playlists under the music or videos tabs in the iPhone source.
3) You have to sync photos into your iPhone (XP/Vista will sync folders, Mac syncs iPhoto albums). Select your folders/albums and select them under the photos tab. Once you sync, then go into Settings--->Wallpaper and select the photo you need from there.
