Help!!! Upgraded to 1.1.2 from unlocked 1.0.2 by mistake

I was trying to restore my iphone back to its locked state but forgot to use the 1.0.2 and it updates my phone and now im stuck with a incorrect sim message. what should i do next????

Check the guides.

You need to downgrade restore & re-unlock. You can also then use okToPrep and upgrade back to 1.1.2 with conceited-software 1.1.2 jailbreak/activate if desired.

You missed the part about having to re-virginize the baseband.

Downgrade to 1.0.2.
Re-Virginize baseband
Update to 1.1.2
Downgrade back to 1.0.2
Install Oktaprep
Update to 1.1.2
Jailbreak 1.1.2

i updated from 1.0.2 and it sort of bricked my phone and i couldnt use my sim. down grade is also meaning restore right? im sorry im new here im really bad with terms. can this unlocking thing be done from a pc

Quick questions...

Why the re-virginize? To clean up the 0049 imei we assume is there with a described 'brick' scenario?

Also, missing the actual anySim unlock step in there -- unless this is SimFree method and the unlock holds from assumed original unlock?
