Tell them to give you a instant rebate $349-$149(instant rebate)=$199!! Thats how I do.

You are within your 30 days. If they will not price match, just threaten to return the device and rebuy it somewhere else. Any reasonable store employee will work with you on this.

I got mine for 174.99 from premiere a week and a half ago. The "official" price is $350-150 (mail in rebate) at the majority of stores. We all hate mail in rebates but that's what you have these days (even on premiere there is now a $150 mail in rebate instead of the instant rebate).

FYI, I am currently on business in Orlando and walked into an Orlando ATT corp. store (I think it was on Orange Ave in Winter Park/border of Orlando) and I saw they were selling it for $350-200 mail in rebate for a total $150.

Its all in how you go about it. If I had just walked into a store and asked to get it cheaper I'm sure they would of declined.

By the way what is ERP, equipment retail price?

The Q9 is on Premier for $249 minus a $150 MIR for a grand total of $99. According to the MIR form, you must have the data ($39.99 or higher) and a voice plan ($39.99 or higher) when you submit the MIR.

EDIT: On the regular website, the Q9h is selling for $349 with the same $150 MIR, so it's a C note higher going this route.

You mean you work for at&t and you cant get anyone to give you an instant rebate? I was able to get instant rebates on the last 2 at&t phone purchases. Man I hate mail in rebates. They dont even give you a check but instead a prepaid debit, how janky is that. Anyway maybe you can score a deal this weekend with the 50% off sale.

50% off the q?? where?

I got mine from an ATT corporate store with an extra $100 off incentive for being an out-of-contract customer with over $100 in voice and data monthly. That dropped the price to $250. After MIR it will be $100. And no hassle of mail order. Walked in, had the rep talk over the phone to the rep on the other end, and... half hour later... walked out with my Q9h.

Now I just have to figure out how to use this awful Windows Mobile platform. Seems so clunky after S60 and even slower compared to BB's. But otherwise, a great phone for the cost of a 2-year extension.

Paid 199.99 with 60% company discount AND will be receiving the $150.00 mail in rebate... So only $50.00 dollars for me!!!!!!!!

That's the way you do!!!

The Q9h is 129.99 at newegg with a two year contract, NO REBATE!. I ordered mine friday and its suppose to ship out tomorrow. It was an upgrade.

Yeah, but you still pay a monthly bill. With an Employee Rate Plan, the Voice is free and you can get a PDA plan for ~20 bucks (and it's not Media Max, which is 10 bucks for ERP.

Hey comrade. Do you work in a call center or are you on the tech side? I'd guess the latter if you're not familiar with ERP policies. Basically, all a rep can do is give 30% off. Anymore and our *** is on the line.

I did the same, I just placed the order today on Newegg with a new voice plan since I'm a new customer.

My dad gets phone and service discounts as he works for Anthem. I cant seem to find out how to find the discounted prices online. I already have the service plan discount. At one point when I purchased my BlackJack I could see the price online now I cant....

Any ideas?

Just as an fyi, I got my Q last Thursday at an AT&T store and paid $99 after rebate. Not sure they're still running the 50% off deal, but I'd guess it'd run through xmas.

$499 original price
50% off in-store
$150 mail in rebate
$99 final price
