SD Card + Lost space; Incomplete file sync?

I was recently trying to transfer a video file from my pc onto my Tytn's 2GB SD card, and it accidentally became unplugged before the file could be transferred. Now, when I try and SMS backup and back up the files onto my storage card, it says all I have available is 2 kb, when I have no where near 100 MB of space used up on the card. Anyone have any recommendations, or experience with this problem?
