Help Please I'm losing my mind

also I noticed you're canadian 2...I was wondering do you have any issues with reception? I'm on fido and for the first 3 days the reception was perfect full bars 5 and 4 then day 4 everything when south... without me doing any mods.

Just download the 1.1.1 Firmware file and then

put iPhone in DFU mode or special restore mode by holding home and sleep buttons for 10 seconds and then releasing sleep while continuing to hold home. iTunes will recognize iPhone in restore mode. Hold Shift (PC) or Option (Mac) and press restore, and choose the 1.1.1 Firmware file
