Here's everything so far:

Bluetooth:
No Syncing except with Address Book.
Ringtones. How to do this using iTunes:

1) Select song in iTunes, right click > Get Info > Options.
2) Change the start/stop times to the part that you want.
3) Right click > Convert Selection to MP3 (If this is not an option click iTunes, Preferences, Advanced > Importing. Select Import Using: MP3 Encoder)
4) Drag converted file to desktop
5) Change file name from .mp3 to .mid
6) Bluetooth > Send File.

USB Cable:
Will transfer songs in Mass Storage Mode.
Also has a folder for Games and Applications but I've yet to find a place to download them.

Anything else I should add, let me know, and I'll put them in this post.

Ignore my ring tones section, the phone won't recognize it as a ringtone.
