Ok, I looked around and didnt find much of what I want, so.. what is the best theme maker that offers background, menu screen, text, side color and tones? I have tried a few makers, but they all only have certain parts of what I want. Is there one out there that is an "all in one"?

Best one available if you ask me. Everything that you mentioned above, you can do with mTC (my Theme Creator) from Lasyk.
