w580(i) audio video out of sync

does anyone have any issues with the audio being many seconds behind the video when watching a video either in file manager or in the video player? I am using mp4 videos and they are fine on the computer. what could cause this?

You have to be careful about what you give it. What works for me is the following. 320x240, 25fps, 96k AAC. 29.97fps is possible, but you may have to lower sound quality to 80k or 64k.
