Where is Everything Located in the iPhone's File System?

I just downloaded the new French program that allows Macs full access to the file system of the iPhone but have no idea which folders contain what. Where are the ringtones, videos, sms tones, backgrounds, and everything else stored? I searched all over modmyifone and here, and neither site has a definite answer. There's a million threads about accessing the file system, but couldn't find a threat that specified which folders are what. Any help is greatly appreciated.

There's a Guide on modmyifone that tells you file locations of specific files such as the ones you're mentioning, I believe.

I guess that kinda helps, but a link would be great considering I've spent the past few hours searching this forum and that one to no avail. I know it's gotta be listed somewhere, but I'm hoping someone already knows exactly where it is, until then, I'll continue to search. Thanks though.
