iSolitaire installation problem

Found it on two different sources; however, when I go to install it, it fails and says:

Error

Package download failed

With an OK button, and doesn't install. However, after the last time I tried, the icon now shows up on the SpringBoard. Running the app, it doesn't play; also, it doesn't show up under uninstall in installer.app. Decided I'd just delete the iSolitaire.app file, since that must have made it on the phone; oddly enough, I can't delete the file either.

I even went so far as to download the .zip file direct from Rusty Red Wagon Software, and then created my own repository to try and install it. It fails from there as well with the same error. 0.3 and 0.3.2 Beta shows up in installer.app, but Rusty red Software shows 0.4, so I updated my repository with that version. Still fails.

How the heck can I either get it installed, or more importantly, get rid of it?

I tried using iBrickr to delete the file, but when I select the iSolitaire.app, it treats it like a folder and goes into it, rather than letting me select to delete it.

I managed to delete the iSolitaire.app by getting into the iPhone's filesystem using SSH, but still can't install iSolitaire from installer.app...

I get either a "Package download failed!" error or a "Script execution failed" error.

well,, i'm not sure what the problem is,, but i downloaded just fine!! it works great!!
even after reading your post,, i uninstalled and made sure it was gone,, then i re-installed and it still is working properly!!

Well, 0.4 Beta just showed up under new packages in installer.app, and it installed fine and plays now.
