Does the 1.11 firmware work with the 4.02 baseband unlocked? Will I get service on my phone? I was thinking about downgrading back to 1.11 since the 1.12 does not have japanese keyboards!!

Do I have to reflash my baseband to 3.14 and virginize then UPDATE back to 1.11?

No you don't. You can unlock 04_02_13G with Anysim 1.2u on 1.1.1 Firmware

So update, does your phone work? I'm planning on downgrading a pre-week 45 iphone from a friend. He said that it was never unlocked, valid AT&T sim never been jailbroken or hacked. So i'm planning to downgrade to 1.1.1 using the methods posted and kick it out of the DFU screen via Apptappinstaller. From their, do the *#307# method and jailbreak 1.1.1. From what i've been reading, if i install anysim 1.2u it should have the phone unlocked and working with any carrier?!
