I've encountered a problem.
I went to a shop to replace my Nokia N73's housing, I'm able to do it my self, but didn't happen to have a T6 screwdriver.

Anyways, the camera doesn't work anymore, not with the new shutter or the old one.. it was working fine earlier.. any suggestions?

if you look at the original backplate inside, you should notice 2 metal threads
this is the switch, if the switch is not connected, the cam won't work

i recommand u buy from www.cnn.cn for housing. they come with everything on the back cover that is on the original. u will not have to place them over.

Yeah that does sound like the two metal threads are missing. When you change the case you have to pull them out from the inside of the case. Tweezers help a lot to take them out. Take the back cover off and see if you see two gold threads on the phone, they should connect to the battery cover.

Yep i just moved them a little bit and it worked! Thanks.
www.cnn.cn charge too much ($60) for the housing, i payed for a top quality one for $25 here in Dubai. You can get anything
