KRZR k1m and moto h350 bluetooth problem

I recently purchased a MotoKRZR k1m and a moto H350 bluetooth hands free headset. They worked fine for a few weeks. Then my phone would not connect to the H350. I tried several times. So I deleted the device from my phone, and then paired it again. My phone finds the device when I pair it and it gets added back to my phone. So I try to connect again. No luck. The screen says "CONNECTING TO Motorola H350" and that is all that happens... it never connects and the screen does not change until I press End or Clear.
Any ideas?

Well, I got this problem on my 2 day old k1m as well. I use the phone with plantronics discovery 665 headset and my PC bluetooth dongle with MPT. After I play a track with the built-in media player, the bluetooth locks up exactly as you described. If I turn on the geadset, nothing happens, no connection. I put the headset into discovery mode and select "Add new device". The phone and headset pair but when in it comes to connecting nothing happens. The phone says "connecting to ..." endlessly, even CLR does not work to interrupt this process, only END or closing the cover. Connection with PC does not work as well. I simply can not put the phone into discovery mode, because when I select "on" in the menu, OK button does not work.
I was able to restore the bluetooth function by using master reset and deleting previously detected bluetooth devices. After this the phone works just fine until I play another track. BTW, firmware has not been edited.
Is it a common bug? I think about returning the phone. I like it overall and I do not really plan to use the player, especially because it does not work through bluetooth (I do not even need stereo connection, since I listen to the audiobooks and mono sound through the headset would be more than enough for me). I spend about 2 hours on the road every day and bluetooth and voice recognition are more important for me. Now I need to decide whether to return the phone or not.
If anybody knows a solution, please let me know.

I found the root of the problem in my phone. I went to a VZW store and exchanged the phone. (The problem got worse by that time - The phone was not ringing when an incoming call was being received.) I got a new phone, put a mem card in and tested it on the spot. Guess what? The problem was there! I thought that may be my headset is broken and told guys at the store that I will check the headset at home and promised to come back if it is Ok. But then I realized that the problems started when I put the microSD card into the phone. I pulled it out and the as soon as I powered up the phone it connected to the headset and works just fine since then. I do not have another memory card to test with my phone, but the card causing the problem is kingston 1Gb microSD card.

After reading the above problems and solutions I removed my 1gig card and now my phone connets to all my bluetooth devices. Don't know if it is the size of the card or just the card itself, will try a smaller card and post the results later...
good luck

I was having this problem. I removed the 1 GB microSD card and deleted the headset. I then re-paired the headset and it connected with no problems. I then re-inserted the 1 GB microSD card and the headset still connects with no problems.

I have this same problem as well. It's odd though...I had this problem, had my phone replaced by Verizon, issue came back THAT day. But I've had my memory card since day one and it's only recently in the last couple months this problem has come up. Wtf?
