iPhones History: OTB 1.0.2: jailbroken/activated then deactivated and returned to jail by independence (not unnlocked) Restored to 1.1.1, (upgrade would have given me 1.1.2, which i dont want, but would now be happy with) Accessed Jailbreakmenow.com on 1.1.1 - Jailbroken/activated. Still never unlocked. I had the iphone in recovery mode and attached to the computer. I launched independence and then while it was connecting to the iphone, the little twirly circle was twirling at the bottom of the iphone screen with the grey apple then the twirl stopped, the iphone crashed (there was a little line of white on the screen as it crashed) and then it did that over and over again until i got it back in recovery mode (only was able to get into recovery mode when attached to the computer). Once I got it back in recovery mode, I tried to restore, but got "error 1604" (never gets past "preparing iphone for restore") I beg you, please help me. |

So can you please at least try to help me? Thanks, Mick |

Do you have any ideas what can I do next. I really really appreciate you help! Thank you very much! Mick |
