Installing themes with MAC terminal

I figured out how to ssh into the phone and sftp into the summerboard themes dir. Once i got there, i had no idea how to add themes into the folder. Whats my next step?

Make folders for your themes in the "themes" folder, and drag your themes in...
There should be a few themes in there so you can use that as examples for file structure.
